Follow the steps below if you forgot the username or the password to login to your MyNIC domain control panel.

1) If you don't have your username 

Link : https://domainmanager.mynic.my/Mynic-ViewController-context-root/faces/PB/UserLogin.jsp
- Click "Forget Username"
- Insert your contact code (Refer 
- Choose (a). Your username will be send to your registered email.

2)Once receive your username, you can reset your password as per below :

Link : https://domainmanager.mynic.my/Mynic-ViewController-context-root/faces/PB/UserLogin.jsp
- Click "Forget Password"
- Insert your contact code
- Insert your username that you've received previously from the above step
- Click reset password.
- You will receive an email with step to reset your current password.
